I do not accept exchanges so please make sure your order is correct before checking out!
I do not accept returns on all items unless it is severely damaged or bent.
Refunds can be requested via the contact form. Please subject your message with your order number followed by [REFUND REQUEST] (Ex. Order #123 [REFUND REQUEST]).
Refunds are only accepted in the following circumstances:
- The customer requests a refund for an order that has not been shipped yet. This request can only be claimed within 14 days of delivery.
- The customer's order is missing/damaged and does not want a replacement.
- I am not able to complete the order due to stock.
- Customer has multiple orders at the same time (I will refund shipping or ask if customer wants other products of equal value)
